Neuromind Ingredients: What Is in Each Capsule
Neuromind has ten ingredients on its Supplement Facts panel.
Vitamin B1 6 mg, vitamin B6 8.5 mg and vitamin B12 24 mcg are listed with amounts. Caffeine from green coffee, L-tyrosine, theacrine, theobromine, bacopa, rhodiola and huperzia serrata share one 151 mg blend.
For the full label, see the Supplement Facts panel.

What are the ingredients in Neuromind?
Ten. The printed Supplement Facts panel names vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, caffeine from green coffee bean, L-tyrosine, theacrine, theobromine, bacopa monnieri, rhodiola rosea root and huperzia serrata. Three of those carry a milligram figure. The other seven share one 151 mg line called a Proprietary Blend, and that line is the only weight printed for any of them.
So this page splits in two, because the label does: first the three you can check, then the seven you cannot. The panel itself is reproduced on the Supplement Facts page.
| Ingredient | What it is | What the panel prints |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin B1 | Thiamine hydrochloride | 6 mg (500% DV) |
| Vitamin B6 | Pyridoxine hydrochloride | 8.5 mg (500% DV) |
| Vitamin B12 | Methylcobalamin | 24 mcg (1,000% DV) |
| Caffeine from Green Coffee | Coffea arabica bean | None. Name 1 of 7 in the blend |
| L-Tyrosine | An amino acid | None. Name 2 of 7 in the blend |
| Theacrine | A purine alkaloid, kucha tea | None. Name 3 of 7 in the blend |
| Theobromine | A cocoa alkaloid | None. Name 4 of 7 in the blend |
| Bacopa monnieri | Whole plant extract, 20% bacosides a&b | None. Name 5 of 7 in the blend |
| Rhodiola rosea | Root | None. Name 6 of 7 in the blend |
| Huperzia serrata | Whole herb extract, 1% huperzine-a | None. Name 7 of 7 in the blend |
One thing to know before the detail: the sales page names six ingredients, and the panel names ten. Theobromine, bacopa, rhodiola and huperzia are on the bottle and not in the sales copy. The bottle wins.
The three Neuromind ingredients with printed amounts
These three are declared the way a vitamin label normally is: a name, a form, a weight and a percentage of the Daily Value. Nothing here needs guessing.
- Vitamin B16 mg500% of the Daily Value
- Vitamin B68.5 mg500% of the Daily Value
- Vitamin B1224 mcg1,000% of the Daily Value
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)
Printed amount: 6 mg, 500% DV. Adults need roughly 1.2 mg of thiamin a day from food, so this is several times a normal intake, and no upper limit is set because the surplus leaves in urine ODS on thiamin.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
Printed amount: 8.5 mg, 500% DV. This is the one vitamin here with a real ceiling, and 8.5 mg sits far under it: the adult upper limit is 100 mg a day, with nerve damage linked to very high intakes taken for a long time ODS on vitamin B6. The number only matters if you take other B6 as well.
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin)
Printed amount: 24 mcg, 1,000% DV. Methylcobalamin is an active form. Adults need about 2.4 mcg a day and no upper limit is set, because little of a large oral dose is absorbed ODS on vitamin B12.
Keep the percentages in proportion. On whether B vitamins sharpen thinking in people who are not short of them, reviews have not found a clear answer NCCIH.
The seven Neuromind ingredients inside the 151 mg blend
A proprietary blend is a group of ingredients declared as one combined weight. FDA labeling rules allow it, as long as the ingredients are listed in descending order by weight FDA labeling guide. That leaves three honest facts and no more.
- The blend weighs 151 mg in total
- The seven names are printed heaviest first
- No one of them can be more than 151 mg, because that is the whole blend
- Three of the seven are stimulants
- The milligrams of caffeine in a capsule
- Whether the bacopa is near the amount used in trials
- How much huperzine-A you are swallowing
- Any split at all between the seven
Caffeine from Green Coffee (Coffea arabica bean)
Printed amount: None. Name 1 of 7, so it is the heaviest of the seven. Green coffee bean is the source, not a different substance. The FDA points to 400 mg a day for healthy adults and lists a faster heartbeat, palpitations and broken sleep as signs of too much FDA. With no figure printed, this capsule cannot be added to that sum.
L-Tyrosine (an amino acid)
Printed amount: None. Name 2 of 7. An amino acid the body uses to build dopamine and noradrenaline, also supplied by ordinary protein in food. A review found it mostly helped under cold, noise or lost sleep, and did little in rested people Jongkees et al., 2015.
Theacrine (a purine alkaloid, kucha tea)
Printed amount: None. Name 3 of 7. A caffeine relative from kucha tea, and the least familiar name on this panel. One study in healthy adults found caffeine raises blood levels of theacrine, so the two are not simply additive He et al., 2017.
Theobromine (a cocoa alkaloid)
Printed amount: None. Name 4 of 7. The mild stimulant in cocoa and dark chocolate, from the same chemical family as caffeine.
Bacopa monnieri (whole plant extract, 20% bacosides A&B)
Printed amount: None. Name 5 of 7. An Ayurvedic herb, here standardized to 20% bacosides A and B. A meta-analysis of nine placebo-controlled trials found small gains in speed of attention after at least 12 weeks of daily use Kongkeaw et al., 2014. A standardized percentage is not a dose.
Rhodiola rosea (root)
Printed amount: None. Name 6 of 7. NCCIH says there is not enough reliable evidence to tell whether rhodiola is useful for any health purpose, and notes reports of an interaction with the blood pressure medicine losartan NCCIH on rhodiola.
Huperzia serrata (whole herb extract, 1% huperzine-A)
Printed amount: None. Name 7 of 7, so it is the lightest of the seven. Standardised to 1% huperzine-A, a cholinesterase inhibitor, which is the mechanism of some prescription dementia drugs. It has been studied as a drug rather than as a food Yang et al., 2013, and it is the name to raise with a doctor.
What else is in a Neuromind capsule?
Below the panel the label prints a second short list: rice flour, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. None of these is an active ingredient. They fill the capsule, form the shell and keep the powder moving.
Rice flour
A filler. Three vitamin powders and 151 mg of blend do not fill a capsule shell on their own.
Hypromellose
The shell itself, made from plant cellulose rather than gelatin.
Magnesium stearate
A flow agent used in tiny quantities so powder does not stick in the machine.
Silicon dioxide
An anti-caking agent that keeps the powder dry.
Artwork A prints no allergen statement. Gluten free, dairy free and non-GMO appear on brand seals with no certificate supplied, so we report them as claims. See testing and quality.
How to read this ingredient list before you buy
Start from the ten names, not the six in the sales copy. Check the three printed amounts against anything else you take, and read the blend as a ranking rather than a recipe. If you take prescription medicine, huperzine-A and rhodiola are the names a pharmacist will want to hear.
For what each ingredient is understood to do, see how Neuromind works, and for what a list like this can honestly support, the benefits page.
Neuromind ingredients: common questions
How many ingredients are in Neuromind?
Ten on the printed panel: three B vitamins with printed amounts, then seven more names sharing a single 151 mg proprietary blend.
How much caffeine is in Neuromind?
Not published. Caffeine from green coffee is the first name in the 151 mg blend, and first means heaviest, so it is the largest single part of that blend. The other certainty is the ceiling: nothing inside the blend can weigh more than 151 mg. Any milligram figure you see for this product is a guess.
Is the bacopa at the amount used in research?
Nobody can say. The trials that found small gains ran 12 weeks or longer at stated daily amounts. This label states no bacopa amount, so there is nothing to compare.
Which ingredient should I mention to my doctor?
Huperzia serrata, standardized to 1% huperzine-A, because huperzine-A works the way some prescription medicines work. Mention rhodiola too if you take losartan.
Is this capsule vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free?
The shell is hypromellose, which is plant based rather than gelatin, so it supports the vegetarian claim. Gluten free, dairy free and non-GMO are seal claims with no certificate supplied.
Does the order of the ingredients mean anything?
Yes, and it is the most useful thing the blend gives you. The seven run heaviest to lightest, so there is more caffeine than L-tyrosine and least huperzia serrata. The gaps between the steps are not published.
