Neuromind FAQ: Common Questions Answered

Quick answer

Neuromind is one capsule a day, 30 to a bottle, for adults 18 and over.

The panel prints vitamin B1 6 mg, B6 8.5 mg and B12 24 mcg, plus a 151 mg blend of seven ingredients including caffeine. Prices show at checkout, orders ship from the US, and the money-back window is 60 days.

For the full label, see the Supplement Facts.

The Neuromind questions people ask most

Everything below is answered from the printed Supplement Facts panel and from published sources, not the sales page. Where a number does not exist, the answer says so.

  • Serving1 capsulePrinted on the panel
  • Per bottle30 capsulesA month at the label dose
  • Amounts printed3 of 10The B vitamins only
  • Blend weight151 mgSeven ingredients, no split published

Two facts shape most of these answers. The panel prints exact amounts for B1, B6 and B12, then puts seven more ingredients, including the caffeine, inside one 151 mg blend with no split. That is legal, and it is the reason nobody can tell you the caffeine dose here.

Two labels exist, so read your own bottle

Two label artworks were supplied for this product name and they print different formulas. One lists three B vitamins and the 151 mg blend. The other lists branched chain amino acids, L-theanine and panax ginseng, with a different distributor in a different state.

Neuromind questions and answers

What is Neuromind?

A dietary supplement in capsule form, sold for cognitive function and mental clarity. One capsule a day, 30 capsules to a bottle. The sales page calls it Neuromind Pro. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What is in Neuromind?

Ten ingredients on the printed panel. Vitamin B1 at 6 mg, vitamin B6 at 8.5 mg and vitamin B12 at 24 mcg, then a 151 mg proprietary blend holding caffeine from green coffee, L-tyrosine, theacrine, theobromine, bacopa monnieri, rhodiola rosea and huperzia serrata.

Why does the sales page list only six ingredients?

We do not know. The sales page names the three B vitamins, caffeine from green coffee, L-tyrosine and theacrine. The panel adds theobromine, bacopa, rhodiola and huperzia. Four of the ten are missing from the sales page, and the printed panel is the one we follow.

How much caffeine is in Neuromind?

Not published. Caffeine from green coffee bean is the first name inside the 151 mg blend, and FDA labeling rules put blend ingredients in order of weight, so it is the heaviest of the seven. The only hard limit is that no single one of them can exceed 151 mg, because that is the whole blend.

What is a proprietary blend?

A group of ingredients declared as one total weight instead of one line each. FDA rules allow it, as long as the parts are listed heaviest first. It is legal and common, and it means you cannot check any individual amount against research or against a safety limit.

How do I take Neuromind?

The label says: "As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily." It gives no time of day. Because three of the ingredients are stimulants, morning is the sensible default, and the how to use page explains why the clock is part of the dose here.

Should I take it with food?

The label with the B vitamins and the blend says nothing about food. The second label artwork adds an instruction about water and a meal, but that artwork prints a different formula, so we do not carry it across. Follow the directions printed on your own bottle.

Can I take two capsules?

No. The label says one capsule daily and adds the caution not to exceed the recommended dose. With three unmeasured stimulants in the blend, doubling the dose doubles a number nobody has published.

Is Neuromind safe?

It is sold as a dietary supplement for healthy adults 18 and over. The honest caution is that the capsule carries caffeine, theobromine and theacrine with no amounts printed, so you cannot add your day up. Anyone on medication should speak to a doctor first.

What are the side effects?

None are published for this product. The predictable ones belong to caffeine: a faster heartbeat, palpitations, higher blood pressure and broken sleep if you take too much across a day. The FDA points to 400 mg of caffeine a day for healthy adults as the reference point.

Which ingredient should I raise with my doctor?

Huperzine-A. It is a cholinesterase inhibitor, the same mechanism as some prescription dementia medicines, and it has been studied as a drug rather than as a food. Rhodiola is worth mentioning too, because of a reported interaction with losartan.

Can I drink coffee while taking it?

That is your call and your doctor's, and this label makes it harder than it should be. You can count the caffeine in your coffee. You cannot count the caffeine in the capsule. The safe approach is to assume the capsule dose is at the high end of the range and go easy on the rest.

Will Neuromind keep me awake?

It can, if you take it late. Caffeine has a half life of roughly five hours in most healthy adults, so an afternoon capsule can still be working at bedtime. Sleep does more for concentration than anything in a capsule, which is a reason to protect it.

Can I take it if I am pregnant or nursing?

No. The label states it is not for use by those under 18 or by pregnant or nursing mothers. That is the label's own wording and there is no reading around it.

Is Neuromind FDA approved?

No. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale. The label carries the standard line that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. A seal saying FDA-registered facility describes a factory listing, not approval of the product.

Is there a certificate of analysis?

No lab certificate exists for this product as far as we can see. The lot NEU-26/NE-4956 and the reference NEU-4956-26-NE come from the product listing and are draft labels, not laboratory proof. The batch page explains exactly what they are.

Why are there two different labels?

Two artworks were supplied in the same pack for the same product name, printing different formulas and different distributors. We publish both and we do not merge them. The panel on the bottle in your hand is the one that counts.

How long does Neuromind take to work?

No timeline is published for this product, and this site publishes no customer reviews to stand in for one. Caffeine acts within the hour. The bacopa trials that found anything ran at least 12 weeks at set daily amounts that this label does not print.

Why are there no reviews or star ratings on this site?

Because the star score, review count, order count and reviewer lines supplied with this product are layout copy, not verified customer feedback. Publishing them would be inventing evidence. The reviews page explains the decision and how to judge feedback you find elsewhere.

How much does Neuromind cost?

Prices are set by the checkout listing and can change, so we print none here. Packs are one, three and six bottles, and one bottle is 30 capsules, which is 30 days at the label dose. Divide the pack price by the days it covers to get a cost per day.

Where should I buy Neuromind?

Through the order links on this site, run by the Licensed U.S. retail desk for Neuromind. We cannot vouch for other listings, and given that two formulas have circulated under this name, checking the panel and the safety seal matters more here than usual.

How long does delivery take, and can I track it?

Orders ship from the US and the tracking link is in your order email. If the parcel stops moving, call +1 (877) 257-0710 with the order ID. The shipping page covers what the desk can do at each stage.

What is the money-back guarantee?

60 days from the date of purchase, unless the sales page you buy from prints a longer window. You claim it by phone on +1 (877) 257-0710 with your order ID. It is a purchase policy about money, not a promise about how you will feel.

How do I get a refund, and how long does it take?

Call the order desk, get return instructions, then send the bottles tracked to 570 Lexington Avenue, Floor 16, New York, NY 10022 with your name, order email and order ID inside. Once approved, the refund is credited in 3 to 5 business days and takes another 5 to 10 days to appear on your card.

Who do I contact about my order?

+1 (877) 257-0710 or [email protected], with the order ID to hand. The website inbox at [email protected] covers these pages, typos, privacy and press only, and has no access to the order system.

Who writes this website?

Neuromindmind, the Licensed U.S. retail desk for Neuromind. We sell the product and write these pages, and we do not make it. We earn money when you order through our links, which is set out on the about page.
